Jeremy White
Managing Director
Over 25 years in the industry, Jeremy has seen the pest control industry change considerably. Starting out as a BPCA trained service technician, moving over to General Management, Sales Manager and finally Business Development Director, with Enviroguard. In Jeremy's last role he held key responsibility for managing the major expansion of the company and personally securing key pest control contracts with Government Departments and noted national and international companies.
This has given Jeremy insight into the core priority which should be centrally placed when running a pest control service company - the client. Continually ‘putting the customer first’ should not be just a management mantra but a mind set installed in all the team and service must remain at the forefront of each employee.
Many years back Jeremy attended an exhaustive sales diploma course; of the tens of thousands of words that were generated as sage-like advice, only one phrase stuck... "Listen to your clients."

I completed my CIMA (accountancy exams) in 1998 whilst working as a management accountant in the shipping industry. However, only a couple of years later, due to kidney failure and subsequent need for dialysis treatment, I left to concentrate on bringing up my 2 children.
It wasn’t until January 2011 that I was fortunate enough to receive a kidney (from my brother in law Alex). After such a long enforced career break I found it difficult to find suitable work and that is when Jeremy approached me with the idea of starting up West One pest control.
We acted quickly and registered West One in August 2011. I qualified as a pest control technician with the RSPH level 2 certificate and we both started servicing for a small number of clients.
Over the last 12 years we have built a loyal customer base including some of London’s best known theatres, finest restaurants, international law firms and historic landmarks.
Starting with a market stall in 2012 I have also built up a number of speciality coffee shops operating in South London.
